How IPO gets a partiular price

can anyone tell me how an IPO gets a particular price once listed ?? for eg Nitin firework got a price of 370 or something today. Please if anyone can explain this it will be helpful for me.

if u talk of listin price price thats decided on the basis of subscription and price band.

it depends upon the Price to earnings of the competitors vis a vis the issuing company and please also note that the demand for the ipo is directly related to its valuations .
