Available at less than FY2005-06 EPS X 2 FY2004-05 fin performance Income Rs 21.48 Cr Net profit Rs 2.06 Cr EPS Rs 2.25 FY 2005-06 fin performance Income Rs 40.54Cr (Q1+Q2+Q3) Net profit Rs 3.80 Cr (Q1+Q2+Q3) EPS at expected Q4 NP of Rs 1.5 Cr = Rs 5.27 (which is very much possible) CMP = Rs 10.00 or so Shareholding: Promo% 17.49 Pvt Com % 34.01 NRI % 0.58 Pub% 68.25 Note : Right Issue is in offing , ratio 4 shares for one held.
