Hi bsugata,
It depends on what is your strategy( investors or traders). If you are an investor, then as per rule, you should analyze the fundamentals of the company and its prospects( expansion and market strategy ). yep, i second birju. Based on my eval and the high PE ratio that financial companies are going for, went for 2k in IFDC...sadly got only 280 alloted. Currently HindustanTimes is getting a lot of attention....maybe cuz its overpriced, as most market folks feel.

thanks for the reply..made sm gud money on IDFC got 266 had applied for 1400...am holdin...hws sasken lookin ...do i apply...??? if yes then what price...thanks for ur reply
