The news doing the rounds of Dalal Street is that the markets fell after the Reliance Power IPO closed and now it is expected that when the stock will get listed on the BSE on the 11th of February, there is major hope that from there onwards, the markets will show a sharp rebound. If January saw some sharp downturns, punters on the street say that the listing of Reliance Power will surely add the power back to the index. And why would that happen? The most logical explanation is that once all the refunds get back into circulation, there is bound to be a lot of buying once again on the bourses, as most of the fundamentally sound stocks are currently available at great bargains.

HI dear here in Ahmedabad... ppl say tht it will list on Friday or on Monday.. as far as mkt after listing is concerned.... I think we will see sme downside on Listing day itself or after listing day.... lets keep our fingers crossed and see wht happen.

ya, Officially its Feb 11th now, But some say, It may be listed on Feb 8th. Mostly they time when market in good shape prev day. so expect it on Friday or Monday.
