Hello Everybody,
J Kumar Infraprojects has come up with IPO of 65 lakh equity shares. Please share your views regarding this IPO of - J Kumar Infraprojects J Kumar Infraprojects is a civil engineering and infrastructure development company with primary focus on development of roads, flyovers, bridges, railway over bridges, irrigation projects, commercial and residential buildings, railway buildings, sports complexes and airport contracts. The company posted total income of Rs 113.36 crore and profit after tax of Rs 8.01 crore for 2006-07 (Apr-Mar). For six months ended September 30, 2007, its total income was Rs 82.36 crore and PAT Rs 7.99 crore Price band - Rs 110-120 per share Thanks & Regards!

I have checked HDFC securities view on this IPO, it seems bit risky to invest into this, since JP is a small player in intranstrure(roads, bridges, etc.) development. It operates in Mumbai area only. Knowing our present road/bridge infrastrucure in India, there is a lot of scope. If JP can capitalize on it then it is a good script. But, I do not invest into small caps, hence not applying for it. I believe it has got rating of 2.5, if not wrong.

market reference - avoid this stock - more counters are pessimestic on this scrip - refer also business line for details ( yesterday issue) or on blonnet website - not so interested - hence i am not investing.
