Default DAYLIGHT ROBBERY in the form of IPOs

look at the number of ipos hitting the market with poor fundamentals.
rel power with eps of less than 1 re. ipo amt 12k crs
emaar 11k crores,
future capital 5k crores, while the co is making just 3 cr profits.
120 ipos to hit the market soon.
this nothing but daylight robbery by so called indian corporates.
they are not going to create any wealth for the future shareholders.

Are we back to the Harshad Mehta era , when hundreds of primary issues mopped up investors' money and vanished into thin air? Investors should be cautious when applying for IPOs.

Did they hold a gun to your head and ask to subscribe?

Its their company they will sell at what ever price they want.
You should have the brains to decide if its worth it.
Nobody forced anyone to subscribe.

If fools are willing to buy, of course the company will sell it to them.

Would you pay 5 star rates in a roadside dhaba? I suppose not, if you have a sane mind.
So, people should have read the prospectus, and used it as waste paper

Why did u fill up the form?
