need information on IPO for making project
hello everyone
 i m doin my summer training in INDIAN AIRLINES in finance deptt. they had alloted me project on IPO evaluation and listing on stock exchange of INDIAN from where i find info. on all those process of IPO and price band descovery issue? thanx

You can visit nseindia.com,sebi.gov.in,bseindia.com, search for the same at google.com, outlookmoney.com, many more sites there to provide info.
Your qwery doesnot explain the exactly what your requirements are. So if you can elaborate more, then more specific naswer may be given.

i had to evaluate indian airline prospect for going public, the possible price band at which they will offer share by P/E ratio technique, by assessing some other aviation company IPO and the process required to list on stock exchange.

But those IPOs were issues at a different day and age and hence the pricing of those issues may be of little relevance today and moreover indian airlines is a bigger brand than these two companies however it should be noted that government owned companies in any industry have historically got lesser P/E multiple when compared to their private counterparts .. The BRLMs will take care of the process required for listing and pricing of the issue so you need not worry about the same but do your research before approaching them.
