Listing day After IPO issued....
hi,
After IPO has issued approximately how many days it takes to listing in the marker...Is there any standard period for Listing??? Sivasankar

it takes 21 days to list (From the day the ipo ended). like HDIL ended on 3rd July and its listing on 24th July.
Also allotment status generally comes in 10 days( please confirm) and its mandatory for the company to refund the money in 15 days from the day of the IPO closing. and oh beml was an FPO.... so i dont know the rulez that apply to an FPO.. lol

hi! i want to know on what basis are shares alloted for IPO. is it first come first serve basis or quota avail to different brokerage houses.

i slightly differ may be larger the amount the higher the allotment
since he expects u to be big investor i think he an reduce expenes (annual report crediting to bank acc etc)

Hello! newbie question!
So We are able to purchase from an ipo correct? then the stock closes and open again at a later date? i think i'm way off here, but i've searched and i can't find an answer to this specific question that i'm so confused about.. thanx in advance for all the much needed input!
