I Have my doubts on Chilli going up again in the near future .

1- Arrivals at Guntur today 70000 Bags .
2-Increased arrivals are expected the days to come .

However Pepper prices may pick up

Chilli:
The mandi market in Chilli remained steady for a day; however most of the major market are off. The fresh arrivals at Guntur and Khanam the arrivals are around 15000 bags. The arrivals are expected to reach the peak during this week if the weather remain clear.
The carry over stock in cold storage is around 5 lakhs per bag and fresh lots are around 50 lakhs bags in Guntur market.

Pepper:
The market is going in the bearish phase as there is enough stock lying with the exchange and also with the stockist which are old enough to cleared off.
Export of pepper under a subsidy scheme announced by the union minister of commerce late last year is expected to be 8000 tonnes this financial year.It is likely that the subsidy scheme is extended beyond the present March 31 deadline so that the intital target 0f 20000 tonnes can be met.

SELL COPPER ON HIGHS

China the worlds largest consumer of Copper has reduced purchases from the international markets . China's Copper imports have reduced by 39.30 % .

Chinese state reserve bureau may be offloading its reserves into the markets .

Production of Copper in China is up 32% compared to last year .

Even a recent decline in the inventories did not make any mark on the copper prices . However inventories are in very good shape , compared to DECEMBER 2005 in LME as well as NYMEX .

APRIL Contract is trading at 221.00-222.00 The Life time High of copper is 228.00 , It might take a NUKE ATTACK to cross the life time high . So selling at any point here might get u a MAX MAX loss of 6K RS per Lot .

However Copper is following GOLD at the moment , Keep track of the events in IRAQ/IRAN .

hello folks ,how is life
dear i think the operators are linked with govt in guntur thats why govt is disposing off heavy stocks of chilly in the market from cold storage.whatever be the case the truth is that the production is abut half the last year and chillies are bound to shoot up in may jun.I dont understand the case in pepper as the production is equally low just as chillies.
I guess wheat is a good buy for may-jun
as there is 10-20 % crop loss due to rains in northen India.Sme is the case of chana . any comments folks.
HAPPY MONEY MAKING
