Today I shorted after failed PB from low.Then after back to back 2 pinbars wanted to close the trade,
but at that time everything got strucked. Prices in Market watch was fluctuating but orders were not executing.
Neither in order book anything was happening nor in trade book.

Price was coming up so in the jiffy I punched buy orders but still no reaction. Meanwhile many times tried to call Zerodha but got no response from there support team. More than half an hour all this glitch was going on and finally trade book showed the executed orders. My bad become worst when I saw my all orders are executed and I have bought 3 times BNF and price was trading more than 100 points below my avg. buy price. Immediately closed all trades.

Then below LOD again shorted but price stared to rise and in the fear I closed my trade in loss again.
After that all the day price keep trading in a range and i didn't had courage to trade that range.

Lesson Learned :- Still many things are there which need to be learn.

Why the hell zerodha being so irresponsible, may be we need to change to other discount brokers, getting lots of clients must have made zerodha management lethargic and they don't seem to care about one or two customers leaving them, I had not faced this problem but I might get it one day and if on that day the broker does not pick up the call, imagine the situation how much irritating it is, should look for alternatives.

This problem is only with Zerodha trader... NOW(zerodha) is working fine for many of my friends !!!
BTW i'm not using zerodha..since very long

I too faced a similar issue, could not see the trade executed.Had shorted Nifty.Support was not working,calls were busy.

Finally I exited in panic with just 30 points.Exited as I was not even able to put a stop loss.
Could have had 40 points more at an entry on pullback.

Reliance and Tatapower seems good for going long intraday basis for me. Let see. Will trade futures intraday basis if stock trends upside.
