ab agar big loss days avoid ho jaye to ledger in green

Hem, I do start the day with all the rules and everything, but somehow when in loss, there is some sort of amnesia and that seems to screw up everything all the more.

HEM sir, that type of amnesia is temporary type. If it is seen in other activities also then those medicines might be beneficial.

I have said it before as well to tp bhai, his risk management is not proper. One cannot simply afford those big losses in a day for that a/c size.
Even testing strategy with EQ is less expensive... he must try not using BO for eq though.

I use BO almost exclusively, whether for futures or equities. With equities I am still working on position size.

Solution for this is to take limited number of trades each day like 2-3.

Now it doesn't matter if these 2-3 trades end in profit or loss you should close the day.

TP sir, you seems to be more profitable in morning. So why not trade only in morning.

I take only 1 trade each day irrespective of its outcome. It helps you to keep your emotions in check. (These things sound like boring but it really pays.)
