How to invest in Nifty futures/options from USA (NRI)

Hi,

I'm an NRI and a US citizen. Been trading ES in US for some time. I'll like to trade Nifty futures (and options) . I can trade in individual capacity or by forming a corporation and I'll like to fund the trading using funds coming from US. How do I go about doing this? I apologize if this has been discussed before but when I tried to search for NRI I didnt get any hits. Also any suggestions for brokers (with good website for ease of setting up accounts and usage)

Ca Rajneesh from Delhi here. I'm an Arbitrager trading in Options & Commodity Spreads. These strategies give returns in 3%-5%per month range with less than 5% probability of loss in any given month and no loss in any given period of 3 month because of the nature of arbitrage strategy employed.
