What exactly a system is

All TJ members swears by the importance of having a system in place.

Now what exactly a system is :

1. Entry point
2. Exit Point
3. SL level
4. Profit target
5. Back tested one
6. Paper traded one

Did I miss out something?
Does a system necessarily needs complex TA ?
Sometimes its not possible to back test a system, can paper trade replace it?

first 4 points are required to have a robust system..
backtesting or paper trading give u the confidence to trade that system..
u can have different systems fr diff. mkt conditions. or one system which is robust enough to differntiate between the various mkt conditions.
