I come across Pair trading Strategies. But Not Getting Much Idea. Please Share Your Idea About This Strategies So I and other people like me understand the concept. And suggest some good pair stock.

Hi, Jiten... how about posting the Excel sheet here and also give some basic background on Pair Trading!! It has been a scaresly discussed subject here!! Not many actual traders have initiated this subject. I am told more and more people are turning to Pair Trading as a less riskier mode of trading. Look forward to your posts!

Nice topic raised here.
It is a type of hedging technique. Where one script will be at long position and other in short position. Now market can go up or down, you have a chance to win most of the time because you have positions in both side.
Some uses PUT/CALL option for the same. For more details you can PM me, I will post here.
