Any Broker Providing Demo account

Hi guys,
i am new to this field, so planned to work in demo account first.

so is there any broker have demo account/Practice account with real time environment......??

EDIT:
guys i found angelbroking have demo(vrtual account) , it's great for newbies, but demo is available only in Web based platform not in Desktop application,
so any stock broker allow demo/virtual account in Desktop, so i can access all charts and data

u can get a demo in mt4 platform, dat too is quite good, fx is running a thread for that, search for mt4 demo, u will get that
