SK Locked shares in share khan

#1
Hello every one, On 04/11/2011 I purchased 100 shares of One Life Cap at a market price of Rs226.5/- per share. and on 08/11/2011, I sold the same shares at market rate for Rs 228/- per share.

And on 11/11/2011, I received an sms, containing the message
100 ONE LIFE CAP sold in sett #211 dated 08/11/2011 were not available
for paying and are auctioned at Rs212.8/-. Total sum of Rs21280/-
will be debited from your a/c.

I enquired about that they said me that shares were still receivable it was not yet credited to demat account, as you have sold shares which has not yet received in your demat account, so it gone to auction. (considering as short sell)

And after few days I got a message from NSDL saying that 100 onelifecap credited to your demat account. and when I checked on 22/11/2011 my dpsr report was showing 100 shares of one life cap. but was not showing portfolio. I immediately called up customer care center and enquired about that, they said me that there are 100 shares in my demat account and it is tradable, I asked them again that whether can I sell those shares, they said me yes.

After selling the shares I noticed that it is showing sk locked, later on I came to know that sk locked means those are the shares blocked by the broker which they them self are going to square off after some time. But I have sold the shares which were showing sk locked and which I did not notice before.

Please any one guide me. will there be any problem in future for me regarding sk locked shares.

please guide

Regards
