Automated Trading Softwares in India

Hi,

Can someone guide me to the name of the major companies that make automated trading softwares in India, Like for trading Cash Vs Futures or Futures Vs Futures.

Is there any software where you can just specify your own contract details like buy 1 lot of stock A , sell 2 lot of stock B and buy 200 shares of stock A in equity when the spread difference or ratio gets to a certain level?

Are there softwares to trade Option Vs Nifty as well..with some good range of input parameters?

Has someone ever tried using Interactive Brokers API for automated trading in India?

Is there any other firm that provides API support so that you can send your own Buy/Sell orders through an excel sheet or some other programming langauge like C++/Java.

As far as I know IB is the only one to provide any kind of automated trading.

The numbers are yet to less and i know only of Omnesys, FT, Symphony, Greek, NSEIT & AutomatedTech who are providing similar solutions. Everyone is serving a special section of the traders or i may say strategies. Then apart from these companies, there are few independent fund houses who are having their own FIX engines to send trades.

IB is good as far is the platform goes but do not fare well in their cost of trade (brokerages)

I am happy with Omnesys, and in the past have seen them adding new solutions at a very fast pace. They have ready made solutions for cash vvs futures and fut vs fut

but for your ratio trading & options trading you need to find a FIX engine developer or Omnesys - heard lately that they are providing an api but havent used the same

Globally
TT, CQG, ORC and RTC are the software professionals use
Fees ranging from $1500 - 4000 or even higher per month
BUt is it rue that the exchange have to approve use of them in the country first!
I know TT and CQG has a autosprader tool where one can construct a synthetic spread like co related futures ... ( unless the exchange itself offers standard Calender sprerads as a recognised spread)

HI raminder where are u located , there is a problem with omnesys if you are using with cash and futures it dosnt complete the trade at the desiered price

Secondly do u use omnesys from your home , office or you use brokers infrastructure as for arbitrage i guess leased line would be required

What is the brokerage cash and delievery you are getting at Master capital as margins in this type of work are really low , i am currently doing cash fno with religare and takeing out 2 % a month on capital is hell of task after paying brokerage STT ect

i very well agree with you, i experienced the same problem and have graduated my self to options arb and some simple TA methods to generate returns

what is the brokerage he is offering you in fno as well as delievery i am paying .005 and .05 with religare that is 500 and 5000
