Looking for low risk investments with guarenteed returns

Hello,

I am looking for some low risk or zero risk investment options, preferrably for long terms. It is ok if the returns are not very high, but a certain profit amount is guaranteed..like (4% or 5% or maybe less). My basic requirement is that a certain profit amount is guarenteed.

I would like to know what are the best options for this --like ICICI Bonds or other bonds or even fixed deposits. Which is the most reliable scheme for this.

Bank fds are low risk, with returns of about 9.5-10% .
