Selling Paper Shares

Hello All,

I have some paper shares jointly in my dad's and my name.
I want to sell them, without opening a demat account.

How can i do that?
What documents if any are required other than share certificates?

While it is not recommended....there are people in the business of buying physical shares.... but you will be reimbursed with a minimum of 20% haircut from current prices.....no paperwork except some transfer documents may have to be signed.

no much formalities to sell shares in physical form...u and your father need to sign a few deocuments and the shares can be sold for cash...but it may be less than the prevailing market prices..

Contact This Number : This Person does it ..... They will give you Immediate cash for the Physical shares.. I have done my Some Shares
