Explain the terms - buy above, target and stop loss

Hi Friends

Please can someone explain how to place an order on icicidirect in case of the below call:

Example: ABC COMPANY (cmp 341) buy abv 344 tgt 354 sl 338;

You can place order above the price mention , here 344

They expect that it will touch 354 or around

while keep sl 338 mean if it goes below then book loss as further fall may recorded.
