Need to transfer sharees to DMAT

#1
I have shares of UCO bank which I had bought around 2004. At that time DMAT wasn't there or was very new. How do I transfer these shares to my DMAT account?

hi,
if you have a demat account please submit the physical share certificates along with dematerialisation form to your broker...the procedure may take one to two weeks...they will charge some fee and then your shares in demat form will be credited to your demat account. It is safe to keep the shares in demat form only.
