New Company FD's through ICICIDirect

#1
I've decided to buy some company FD's (good ratings - AAA) and keep them for the full term to insulate myself against interest rate movements.

1. Can I know if I can buy it directly from ICICIDirect ? I'm new to buying CompanyFD's so I'm wondering if ICICIDirect provides good service.

2. Where can I find info on upcoming Company FD"s?

thanks!

Sorry, mailers? You mean the promotional emails? They emailed me about upcoming Shriram Transport Fin CD's but they were all of maturity 5 yr and above. Are there others through ICICIDirect of smaller maturity?

thanks

Yes, they normally send these mails for info. You could also regularly check under their FD link on the site. Whatever is currently available is listed there.

Nikhil,

While I dont think so, but not sure if icicidirect or for that matter any online trading portal gives you facility to invest into FDs through them, but you may check out these:

Why take trouble to do all this.
Check out your local JM Financial/BajajCapital store or other brokers, call them up. They will send their executives to your place who will give out all FD options they serve, fill it and give them. FD receipts will reach you in a month or so.
