Can we Trade US futures?

Hello All

As an Indian can I trade US futures(commodities, Indices etc..). Is it legal to open a Brokerage account in USA?. Any advise is appreciated.

yes it is legal to open brokerage account but RBI does not allow you to do margin trading(futures),u can do cash market if u remit money from india to usa

One firm in India where you can open an account to trade US futures is Interactive Brokers.
