Crude Oil Visual Trading Update

Current Trading Plan:

Last Closed position @ 81.50 (+$5.7)
Long: --
Short: Under 80.70
Exit by Stop Loss: --

Technical Indicators Notes:

The upward (Daily) channel was breached down and we see further weakness if the commodity will go under the next obvious support. Such a break down should move Crude towards its daily moving average, which is the middle Bollinger bands. This technical event is usually a very supportive area and our target for our short. RSI and STOC (Daily) and MACD (4H) are giving a nice confidence boost about our assumptions.

Chart Legend:
Simple Moving Average (20) Green
Support & Resistance price areas: Brown
Trend lines and Channel Boundaries: Blue
Indicator trend lines and effects: Magenta

Signals:
Long: Above the wide Green line.
Short: Below the wide Red line.
Exit position: On crossing the wide Cyan line.
