Trading as Business

#1
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to start 'stock trading' as a business, either independently or by making my own fund (may be Hedge fund) to invest in Capital market (Cash & Derivatives).
Can you suggest, whether working as independent trader or as LLP, would be better. And what would be the legal compliances, taxes etc in each case.
Thanks & regards,
Vikas Panwar

What is your qualification and experience?

You can start your own business by trading with your own money, as well as collecting money from others and using the proceeds for trading.

You can go for self-employed, sole proprietorship firm, partnership firm, private limited - depending upon how easy/complicated you want things to be.
