After a long vacation due to personal work, after long time, I have come back to this forum and to trading too.

I encounter little challenges during trading session. Hope would come under control in week's session. There are no specific issues to address, and I don't suffer any great trading ailment, I feel like I miss some fine line. Could staying away from market for some time cause this kind of feel?

Any of you, if at all had done, what would be a good warm up to get back to track?

I guess I should refresh things like some reading, new posters like..

I would appreciate your sayings

Thanks

Welcome back.. gsalvadi. I was missing your posts with substance.

As a warm up, what about taking some crazy, contrarian, shooting in the dark, or rajanikant style trades (not with real money but as paper trade)..
That shd stretch/relax your trading muscles and psychology and then gradually open up yr trading rules and start implementing them in stages.

When I return to after trading, I start with my post market, and pre market routine first and paper trade till I am comfortable again. Then start with smaller position size and increase it gradually as you gain your form.

Think about how a professional athelete return to game, batsman walking towards pitch to take strike, tennis players hitting few strokes before real match etc etc.
Being an seasoned trader, I am sure u will be back in form in few days. You know it well that market is always there.. and we don't have to be in any hurry..

Happy Trading.

I am glad to read you; as a matter of fact I did miss you when I wrote my post :)

What took time is to come back as full timer; that too makes things little maladjusted guess

I love your idea of Rajinikanth trades lol

Happy trading
