They say that today is the last day for getting 1:1 bonus in 'NUMERIC".

Questions are:

1. How long must one hold that share?
2. Will the price fall next session after the bonus share allotment?
3. How much fall is possible?
4. When will he bonus shares credited to beneficiary?

Sorry for asking so many questions.

1. u have to hold the shares till the record date. the bonus recommended by the board has to be approved by shareholders and then record date will be announced. on the record date, whoever is holding the shares, they will be eligible to get the bonus shares
2 & 3. after the bonus shares are alloted, the shares will start quoting at xb (ex-bonus) rates, which will be the price adjusted for the bonus. Normally, if a 1:1 bonus is declared, the price may fall about 50%.
4. Bonus will normally be credited within 15 days from the record date
