Directors selling their share

I believe most you might have heard about L&Ts Chairman and MD,Naik, sold shares worth Rs 6.42 cr. If Buy back is a +ve sign , is this is a ve sign..???. Anybody got any more info..???

Did he sell it in open market or off-exchange deal?

Mode of transaction is not yet disclosed by Company

Open market means what we do, putting buy and sell order.
Off-exchange means share are transferred within two interested parties and exchange is later notified.

This in not uncommon and nothing to worry about. At least they're doing it openly. Think about the benami transactions we don't see
