plz help i am new here

i am very much new in trading ..
my broker : angel broking
i have trading & demat a/c with angel
i trade online via angel diet
1> i am very confused about my trading limit some day i cant trade since my a/c locked due to trading limit reached

2> i dont under stand the margin statement send by my broker (since after each trading day they send me two mail one is how many i shares i buy / sell and one margin statement email)
3> on 20/05/2009 i buy 195 SATYAM COMP @ 45.95 when today i try to sell 100 share they call me and inform me that "i have only 75 shares since 120 share short from exchange". i cant get there point

4> when i ask them "how to know how many shares are there im my demat a/c" they told i have to call there back office people to know.
any way to access my demat ac online??

even i am with angel but recently opend a new account with ventura.

go to www.angelbackoffice.com and click the third link abgel broking ltd then enter your client id and backoffice password and you can check your current margin and holdings
BTW Angel brokers charges you 0.03% both side for intraday ( + tax ) and 0.3% both side for delivery. whereas ventura charging me 0.02% for only one side for intraday and 0.15% for delivery for both side,

but when i login to www.angelbackoffice.com every time i found white pages in firefox/ ie7 .. nothing on this page..
let me there backoffice..
i mail then but no reply as such

just fill your details they will contact you .
as far angel back office, you might have your local office phone number list try contact them or call to the head office in mumbai they will pass your call or solve your prob.
