With just a week away from the final phase of polling is to be over, how will Markets react if there is a hung parliament ?

As of now there seems to be no clarity among pre-poll alliances. So most likely ,there is a possibility of a hung parliament.

May be after the results, with post-poll-alliance, some x will form a govt with help of y and z. That's a different issue.

But how will market take this?

in TA terms.....the trend which started from abv 8k is still alive in force.....
any govt & any alliance.....11075(go to the thread 'sensex technicals') is key for the bulls...a close below this 2morow will not save the mkt from even a majority forming govt
;)

Interesting fact: May 18 2004, reacting to election results , markets opened down circuit of 10% . Next Monday May 18,2009 ?

It is now clear that there is no possibility of a hung parliament post 2009 elections. All those parties who were resposible for hung parliament in the past can go hang themselves.for a change. We must thank the voters for being mature and responsible.
