Night Shift Health Issues

People working in night shifts generally face health related issues due to disturbed routine and target pressure. Recommend to me all the possible solutions to this problem so that the employees health is retained without affecting the output of the company.

<> Night shift person needs to reset his biological clock. I think one thing definitely a company can do is offer 2-3 hrs mandatory sleep as part of his shift itself and offer facilities for the employee to have extended sleep in his own company.
E.g. If the productive hrs for the shift is 8 . Then make the shift 11 hrs . 3 Hrs of which is sleep in that company quarters . If he sleep > 3 hrs , then no harm done. This is because as soon as shift is over, person will try to restrain his sleep in tension of doing all the work that he has listed for himself during day time. Tne night shift is 'blocked time' for him as he cannot do anything for his domestic work.

<> Offer healthly food services at subsidized rate so he does not face the hassle of eating out or the headache of cooking at his own place.

<> Subsidize his health check up for standard blood investigations e.g. diabetes , Cell counts and BP.

I think these 3 things will contribute greatly
