hey members....

i want to ask silly question please do not laugh. :eek: i would like to know that who actully runs the indices. how it opens down or up due to everal clues. i will be so kind...if anyone can tell me in details

very 1st ticks come from member brokers
and counters where they are not tat active---are the overnight orders in tunnel
