I don't use hdfcsec but it should not be a problem. From transactions perspective, all ETFs are treated as a stock. Below are the name of etf and their NSE code..

Code:
Benchmark mutual fund - gold benchmark
exchange traded scheme goldbees
uti mutual fund - uti gold exchange traded fund goldshare
kotak mutual fund - gold exchange traded fund kotakgold
quantum gold fund -exchange traded fund (etf) qgoldhalf
reliance mutual fund - gold exchange traded fund relgold
Happy Trading.

Is gold a good investment
had you invested 100rs a year ago in:

Stocks - you'd have 24-35 rs
index - you'd have 54rs
gold - you'd have 118rs now!!!
silver - you'd have 84rs by now (still better than stocks)
FD 10% - 110
normal bank account 4% - 104rs

so, yes, gold is a good investment, if you want to be safe..

I don't trade them, so no idea if they all are at same price. Pleaes chk their latest quote from NSE site.
As per underlying concept of ETF, once fundhouse has collected the moeny, then it is very similar to mutual fund. Like each mutual fund has its purpose where they invest the collected money, same is true with ETF.
Some of these ETFs might be investing in Physical gold, whereas other might be investing in stocks of Gold related companies.. They might have different % allocation to cash/gold/debt etc.. So their prices might be different..

Happy Trading
