In one word, your answer is NO. Delhi doesnt have a stock exchange of its own.It had one, but its not operational. Next, NSE & BSE are two different entities. They are like two different companies operating independantly of each other. Moreover, NSE & BSE are electronic exhnages and thus work very efficiently. i dont know much about regional exchanges like jaipur etc,but they surely are not liquid.
