stops cannot be calculated with trend line,,,what i think,,,,

it is just get out / get in,, because if u base ur stops ,,on high / low violation it is contrarary to this trend technique,,,,violation of line means in / out.

and as i told u can use fib,,, sometimes depending on how the trend line angle is,,,45/60/90....which can make u determne the correction value...

first u ahve to see whetehr u are trading on basis of shoterm term trend line/ baby trend line/ or long or medium..

baby lien doesnt need stop loss,,,,,eat and go....and flush
short term also,,,,ea t ur profit ..and then enetr at betetr opputunity
medium ,,book some profit
and long trem ,,keep yawning,,,!!!

Hello Renu

First of all thanking u for going into depth of the chart.

Father of that line you pointed is the high of 09.Jan.2008 6336 and mother is the next line high i.e. 6321 of 10.Jan.2008. This line indicates the source of the downtrend started from January 2008. Below this line I personally feel that it will not be safe in long position or long term positions. I cannot give you the theory behind it, but aggressive buying for long term should not be there when price below this line.

Rest lines are the parallals of the lowermost lines.

With regards.

Satyajit
