Cool Where is INFOSYS heading ?

Dear Senior Inv,

I need an advice about the INFys Share diving daily on market.

Is it only about US on a slowdown ?

After all their upto 70% revunue comes from US DOLLAR.

I got it @ 1677 and now its diving.... Today its 1480's close to.

Does it goes below the mark of 1,000 and gets on the BSE mid caps ????

ADVISORS please

The reasons of IT shares going down is well know and infy being the leader Its going down and down I would like to have it in my portfolio and already started bottom fishing for some of the IT shares. like infy tcs and wipro.

Due to US slowdown and strong rupee most of the profit margin growth has been eaten up. also the expected revenues or new orders from US will decline.
Infy will be effected most as its more dependent on US market. the phenominon is just for time being its testing time for IT companies..
the one with more diversification and global Delivery model will sustain. I found that TCS and Wipro are having better global presence then infy.
Just instant in Gulf i am trying to invite for bidding on some projects I only found TCS and wipro no infy.. so in that sense europe also TCS has good presence.

However angel fire has given targe of 2000 for infy.

Buy TCS and infy in regular intervals. I will start accumulating them soon.

excuse me i am an novice in trading, still trying to get to grips, but i assume its a good time to buy keeping in view of short/long term gains, isn't it ??

agree IT sector is pretty dull at the moment, mainly due to the US factor, i am fairly confident it might pick up after april ( financial year ) as then the the chances of bagging new projects / renewing existing projects is more

Its true only thing is how long should we wait to enter into technology.
I feel better start small accumulations.
in fact i was looking to buys some mutual fundsi n technology
like icici pru tech, dsp tech, magnum IT.

Cuz technology itself is a wide sector and IT being effecting every other bussiness I feel the bussiness would evolve in IT after the US lessons. I heard many speaking about the Global delivery model. innovation and diversification of this companies in technology would be the key for future growth.

Offcourse exploring new global market would be the prime challange.

So guys buy indian technology long term they will shine. and it would be reflected in the share price soon. 6-9 month or more do accumulations

ya, for long term trader now they can enter. for short term, when infy start gaining and when start crossing 1520, start enter, and accumulate at each raise
keep stop loss as 1500(for safty purpose) and u can gain in short term.

ppl who enter now may require to wait for atleast 3 months(or if u act fast and smart, u may gain before). so for very short term, dont enter now, if u can wait for 3-6 month, u can gain around 10-15% gains in these stocks

Oversold based on RSI, furthermore the price is right outside the moving average band.. chances of a rebound is high!
