I am looking to invest in some mutual funds which hold securitized debt in their portfolio. Is there any place where I can find information about that securitized debt? Are the originators of SD required to file any information with SEBI or any other institution? Due to the recent subprime meltdown in US, I am little bit vary of investing in funds which hold SD without info about the SD itself.
