The cash transaction charges were introduced earlier by PC (something like 0.01% for transactions above Rs. 50000 - don't remember the exact details) and there were huge protests by the opposition about it. The charges were later withdrawn

so what? its a war and war hurts things done by congi and congi slected by common ppl again and again so its our fault. so we have to bear the pain with smile on the face.
