Thoughts about Brexit

#1
I was very surprised when I didn't find threads Brexit at the forum. Today it becomes one of the most discussed question in geopolitical and financial world. Currently UK is reconsidering its terms of EU membership and the key points for Brexit are banking freedom and extremely big flow of immigrants from less developed countries.
UK want to have more rights in banking sphere to reduce the probability of second wave of financial crisis. Here is a good article on this topic.
Only rumors on possible Brexit make pounds at 7 years low also have weakened FTSE index.
As for me, I'm permanently surfing news on this topic and want to hear your opinions on pros and cons of Brexit for UK and EU.

Looks like the Brits are the first to abandon a sinking ship.. aka EU
The world goes back to pre-Euro days and maybe to pre-Bretton Woods days.

I am not a political or financial expert & these are just my views.

June 23 rd Brexit British people will vote in referendum whether 2 remain or not.Already done research on this.
British people on the ground want out but the political establishment/business want in at any cost.
They might spend a lot of money to sway away the public. So anything can happen.

My prediction British people successful in voting out.
This will be a mini collapse of world economy.

then another major event US president election on November.

it is Trump Vs Bern or Trump Vs Hilary.

If Trump wins there will be huge volatilty. Why because the guy is crazy nobody knows what he will do next ...
if Berny wins then there will be huge volatility. why because bernie is hell bent on taxing Walstreet left and right to finance its pro poor agenda.....
If Hilary wins then neutral. nobody cares.

Imagine A brexit event followed by TRUMP

But may be guessing too much too soon
lets take it one at a time.

interesting time ahead..
