How to give feedback to TRAI (against tele callers)

Just like most of us, my mobile no is registered under DND but I guess that is totally useless as we all still receive tele marketing calls. If I register a complain against a specific number than that tele caller will simply throw away that sim card and start calling from another number.

This is such a headache. Does TRAI have any feedback helpline system?

Complain on following mail, Also keep all ID to field,
Explain you problem details with date and timing if possible.
Also get your service provide complaint section and add that too!

I am receiving calls from Bajaj Finance tele callers since long. When I told me them that I am not interested in their products then they started abusing!!

Now they keep calling me everyday and harassing purposely. Sending abusing sms and missed calls.

Dont know what to do...

I am also the victim of telecallers, don't know what to do...some body please help.

Try to register to your number in NCRI with your service provider and make sure that it is active after registration... get reference number during the registration and keep it.... still you have problem.... report to TRAI - Telecom Regulatory Authority of India..... with all reference and last call from Telemarket with date and time..... Don;t forget to add the your service provider complaint mail id while you are sending to TRAI.... you service provider will respond once they know that your taking complaint to TRAI....

What is NCRI ? I have alredy registered for DND (do not disturb)with my service provider still I am getting calls. ...
Also how to report to TRAI ? I checked your earlier post but could not understand it, can u please explain.

I am getting atleast 3-4 calls and 5-6 sms while I am busy at the work place all from tips providers. My phone is DND activated. I complained about one particular number to my service provider through 1909. After 10 days they sent me a message saying "the number you are referring is with another service provider who verifies it as no tele marketing is involved". Still I am getting SMS and calls from that number. What should I do now?

I am simply not sure for now, are this products really cost that much that they need to make it anyway for any time being on that level or what? I clearly do not get this things lately for whatever reason being done. do not use such tactics.
