I've just done the first online purchase so wasn't aware of charge.
The Inr. 8 is charged before payment gateway page, so that's independent of bank.
Indane seems to be charging it.

Its complicated ji.
During DeMo, corrupt bankers manipulated Id/Address proof given to deposit say inr.5k with inr. 1L and converted money.
Its unfortunate and unavoidable.

Goa mein BJP ka pakka hai kya , cong / AAP bhi to hai wahan :confused:
UP mein 7 phase mein election bahut jyada hai , 5 stage (80 seats x 5)mein hona chahiye tha
