Reapected Sir , You please don't become the president for second time . I know that there a several political problems that you hate to involve . You please continue ur greatest job in research . I cant bear , a great scientist stuck in the political drainage . U hav to do a lot as a scientist to the country and not a president . We can get 1000 Presidents but we have only one KALAM

thanks siva for the response.

i share with the concern expressed by senthil, as far as the present political situation is concerned.

but i feel today we need, not one Kalam , but many. Kalam could go back to reserch and contribute, 'InshaAlla', for the many many years to come.

we, today, even after more than 50 years of independance, still rely on research from external sources and the in-house reseach establishments needs many scientists, which need is to be filled only from the next generation.

during his tenure as president, he made an impact on the minds of many school / college going childdren and has motivated many young scientists and this will motivate them and make more Kalams, which India needs most today. his continuance at the office of the President for at least another term, will make his dream a reality.

I am in total agreement with muthygaru, but with a small change..

ask our President to form a political party, bring in people like Narayana murthy into it and win elections..

atleast, they will stand for people and people's problem in the Parliament.
