Good cardiologist in Kolkata

Need suggestions for a good cardiologist in Kolkata for my Father ~67 years old.
He may require interventional treatment like placing of Stents etc.

Boss I read your query yesterday. Feel bad at not being able to do anything about it. Googled for "cardiologist Kolkota" but came up with nothing except maybe Apollo Hospital.

No idea of Kolkata but Dr Deviprasad Shetty is the best in Bangalore and Dr Naresh Trehan from Delhi.Dr Jagdish Hiremath is also very good from Pune. If you can take him to Bangalore, I would suggest Dr Devi Shetty .It is worth going to Bangalore and staying in a hotel...you will get the best treatment and at reasonable cost.

Wish a speedy recovery of your father.
However, do not worry, as Stent placement is a very common practice now a days and nothing much to worry about it. This needs only 2 days stay at hospital and recovery is very fast.
