hi Chand,

Laser printers do not use ink. They use toners just like Xerox machines. If your printer is not printing you have to replace the toner cartridge.

Cool Re: Hp 1010

Thnks for the reply.

I mean how to replace the laser tonner.

Actually I had a vendor who use to charge me to replace but in the beginning my printer use to give out put but now every 15 days it needs additional tonner and till date i have spend more than 5000/- for the tonner within in 1 year of the printer.

When i enquired in the market it is available at just 350/- for 1 kg. and the vendor use to fill less than 100 gms every time and 50 gms.

I also tried once to open the cartiage and fill the toner but i was stuck up in between..

can any one tell me how to fill the laser tonner.

Thanks,
Chand

Why dont you buy a new catridge itslef? It should def. give a long life, rather than going for those refills.

You can sell the old catrigde in the market, if you want.
