How can i get private message on tj inbox

anybody know
i cant get private messages from other members,
i try to change setting in control panel but it all fail,
please tell me

For those who do not have 50 posts (or whatever is the current criteria for enabling PMs), is there an alternate way to send / receive PMs?

For example, would adding the person as a Contact allow PMs to be received / sent? I understand that vBulletin has both a Friend and a Contact feature; but the former does not seem to exist.

Under User CP -> Edit Options:
Enable Private Messaging should be checked
Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators should be unchecked.

Then you should be able to both send and receive PMs from others. Is that how your settings are?
