Is it a scam?classifieds offering very attractive rentals

Many classifieds offering very attractive rentals for setting up mobile tower on vacant plot or on terrace, are seen in local and national newspapers.Has anybody dealt with such advertisers?Pl. share your experiences.

Don't think so. Depends on the newspaper. If you are looking forward to install it to your terrace, just try to give a call and talk to them.

Newspapers like TOI carry these classifieds, offering 25000 to 45000/month rental for vacant plot or terrace,which is far higher than rent of 4 BHK flat in decent residential areas, in major cities, barring 4 metros.This seems to be too good to be true.

I think they're not scams as i have heard abt. many people that they're getting handsome rent by renting tower on their roof.It could be possible that the money they're guarranting in classified is after applying masala.

Beware there are many rules flouted while erecting towers

Especially when comes to health hazards. There are rules reg minimum distance of towers from human population which are openly flouted. Seems radiation issues are more near to towers
