Traders health issue

It takes years to become a successful trader.Untill then it is necessary to preserve our capital and health . I t is out most important to keep health of a trader sound for his profession .But it is challenging for a trader particularly for those who are in learning curve like me.I am expressing my own experience along with possible soln .All other members are requested to express their own views and experiences in this regard.
Physical* (1) Currently I M facing EYE strain pbm resulting frequent headache due to excessive tap watching.
Soln-(1)Reduce screen intensity.
(2)Keep a print out of the copies which needs repeated view for clearificaton.Currently I make print copy of all documents related to AFL writing. Reading printed copy is more comfortable than E-copy.
#3 Break of 10 second after every hour. Just keep ur eye close and count 110.Do it even trading hour also.
#4 washing eye with cool water frequently.
#5 Youg like Ramdevs style will help .But I have no idea on this .
Problem(2)Digestive pblm irregular food habit ,fast food, working up to late night , stress results digestive problem and acidity.
Current change in timing and having no lunch break is a great health issue for a trader. Soln#1 Get ready b4 9am .Eat sufficient solid and nutrient food in breakfast. #2 It is better to take lunch after 3pm rather than tking it in woking table with stress .
#3Avoid taking tea coffe excessively .These things reduce digestion prominently.
#4 Avoid alcohol in weakened also if u are in learning curve.Till u r learning u r a student ,and u should behave like so.Alcohol certainly effect ur learning process.

Sln#1 Adjust ur seating style .
# 2 take a break and get refreshed
All other members are invited to express their own issues and probable sln.Perticularly if there is anybody doctor or physiotherapist are requested to provide suggestions to make community healthy. GOOD LUCK.

Good post.

FLICKERING is main problem for headache apart from
prolonged looking at the terminal.

Physiotherapy is a temporary relief but not permanent one.

A BIG THANKS TO GC,:thumb: I really appreciate his initiative. Life is not merely to be alive, but to be well.For this we need both helth and welth.We should never neglect one for other,both are equally important.

Sometimes we haired about trader commited suicide losing his money,it is not merely due to losing money also due to losing his mental health .

I think most dangerous disease for trader is stress.Stress management is equally important with money management .

Thanks to, SCION , Columbus,FI for your kind co-operation and interest to my little effort.No doubt HEALTH is a great issue for trader and I M quite unfit to guide but co-operations of members like U who r potentially rich in knowledge can make this forum
Really helpful for us.
I M agree with FI , that Stress management is equally important with money management. For a trader stress related to his trading habit.An wrongly managed trade produce excessive stress results further decrease in performance hence more stress.This produce a stress cycle nd this is a killer cyle.To break the cycle try to reverse the cycle,
wrongly managed trade--------------- stress---------- decrease in performance-----------more strees---------- another wrong trade-----Direct cycle

correct trading habit------less stress---further increase in performance-----more profitable trade---------Reverse cycle
A balance trading habit along with a balance lifestyle can reduce ur stress level minimum.
Identify sources of stress
Look at how you cope with stress
Avoid unnecessary stress
Alter the situation
Adapt to the stressor
Accept the things you cant change
Make time for fun and relaxation
Adopt a healthy lifestyle

Unhealthy ways of coping with stress
Smoking
Drinking too much
Overeating or undereating
Zoning out for hours in front of the TV or computer
Withdrawing from friends, family, and activities
Using pills or drugs to relax
Sleeping too much
Procrastinating
Filling up every minute of the day to avoid facing problems
Taking out your stress on others (lashing out, angry outbursts, physical violence)
