Not able to see the "THANKS " button !!

Hi,
Is there any post count required before a user can see the "thanks" button ??
So far I am not able to see that and dont want to unnecessarily clutter the thread with "thank you" posts.

Pls help me out !!

Hi,

I think you have to post around 50 posts to get that Thanks, button.

no 'THANKS' button in chit chat section:)

Even in other sections, I am not able to see thanks button. Today I saw one member with 20 posts who has thanked 12 times. Now that means she can see "thanx" button even with her 20 posts. Which brings me back to my question, why am I not able to see "THANKS" button on the posts ??
