M.Tech Builder Fraud

Well in the recent past we have come across some few developers fraud.

Adding agony to it is another builder called M.Tech having its office at Ashram,New Delhi.

I took 2 plots of this builder in Feb 2007.
Till 2008 there was no communication from this builder.
I one day heard that star tv broke out news that this builder is fraud..does not have land,licences etc etc.
This was the first warning bell for me...I contacted the builder where I was told that star tv sting was simply based out of bad relationship with the builder.Anyways,slowly I came thru googlegroups and found that this builder has affected mass..Many of NRI's residing in England,USA etc had purchased property from them and still running around...They have many projects-

M.Tech Heights
Camelia Garden-I
Camelia Garden-II
Glare
Beach Village
Projects in Lucknow

But unfortunately they do not have licences..and moreover they have oversold each of their project....People are madly running for refund..I have applied for refund with interest as the builder is not in situation to give details of project.The officials just say"it is still in process".They were not ready for refund,now they are ready for refund,but they give a letter stating that refund will be made of principal amount only in june 2009...so why should people wait for 6 months????
and moreover are we not eligible for interest.
thousands of people in delhi are looking for legal action against them.
Any member knowing the procedure kindly advise..

the builder now says that it would pay me an interest of 10% p.a. but would give me a lettter of confirmation and pay the amount in 6 months..????

I have filed a case in EOW with few people..
the builder is not giving refunds..

anyone here,pls advise what to do

honest opinion try to get the media involved.a couple of months ago i was watching on t.v,that a local builder in bangalore was upto the same ****...untill all the guys gotogethor and had the media involved...i heard some of them got a refund.

The builder has delayed more than needed....There are more than required people running for refunds..lots of cases against the builder...the intentions do not look like refunding,though they have money with them...
