This little fact was sent by my niece ,who is in America.

"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were
told to eat our vegetables at dinner and not leave
them.Mothers said, think of the starving children in India
and finish the dinner.'

And now I tell my children:
'Finish your homework. Think of the children in India
Who would make you starve, if you don't.'?"

Columbus will be knowing better. Following his plotted course, he instead landed within the Bahamas Archipelago at a locale he named San Salvador. Mistaking the North-American island for the East-Asian mainland, he referred to its inhabitants as "Indians".

Tell you neice to eat well and her daughter to study well otherwise Gabbar will come.!!

And Amrikans still call them Indians prefixing it with word Red to distinguish from the White settlers, not in Bahamas but in Mainland Amrika.Need to read geography and anthropology ... :D :D
